SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be dispatched. In most cases if we receive your order before 1pm, we'll dispatch your order the same working day.

We ship all small orders (under 2kg) with Royal Mail Standard Tracked Delivery. All larger orders will be shipped through Parcel Force 48hr Delivery. We will send you a dispatch confirmation with the tracking details when your order has been packaged and shipped.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Please check the contact information and your delivery address provided to allow you to track your order. Please leave any special delivery instructions, when placing your order if you would like us to add them to your delivery information.

EASY RETURNS

We accept returns and exchanges on items that are returned within 10 days after delivery.

We will accept the exchange or refund if the products is in unused, unwashed and the original condition it has been sold in. Please note that if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible in for any loss in value, which will be deducted from the refundable value. Unfortunately we can't accept returns or exchanges on products that are customized, personalized and made to order.

When returning a product please ensure that you package the item securely, we recommend that you choose recorded delivery for your returns, as we can't be held responsible or refund items lost in return transit.  Please note that postage fees can not be refunded, and that the buyer agrees to cover the postage costs for the return of the products.

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and details for the production of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information.
